About a thousand Egov corners will open in Kazakhstan

To ensure a comfortable receipt of electronic public services in Kazakhstan, there are about six hundred egov self-service corners outside the PSC buildings. Another 400 will open soon. In them, Kazakhstanis who do not have access to a computer or the Internet will be able to independently receive services available on the e-government portal. Corners are located in the buildings of district akimats, educational institutions, medical organizations, shopping and entertainment centers, etc.

According to the Chairman of the Board of the state Corporation, semgulbaltasheva, in conditions when the coronavirus infection has not disappeared, it is necessary to make every effort to avoid its spread, including in the buildings of the PSC. "Therefore, we have taken a number of specific measures that will exclude the accumulation of citizens in the PSC buildings and minimize the risk of spreading the virus. Now in tsonakhkazakhstans Can only get "paper" services that are not available online and the results of services that are processed electronically. In this case, you must book your visit to the PSC in advance. Kazakhstani citizens can register electronic services themselves at home, in the office or in new self-service sectors, " Baltasheva said.

She also added that self-service sectors continue to function as before in PSC centers of district centers and cities of regional significance. In rural districts, egov corners are available in the buildings of local akimats for self-service e-services.

It is worth noting that currently you can get an electronic digital signature and register in the database of mobile citizens using a virtual assistant on the egov portal. If you have any questions about using the portal, the service recipient can call the contact center 1414, where they will be advised by specialists of the state Corporation "Government for citizens".

By the way, three categories of citizens will be able to receive electronic services in PSC buildings as before – pensioners, large families, and people with disabilities. They also need to book a queue in advance.
