In order to prevent fires, it is necessary to take out garbage and burn it only in a strictly defined place, outside the settlement, at authorized landfills when cleaning territories. Annealing of grass and agricultural fallen must be carried out, in coordination with the fire service authorities, strictly under the supervision of responsible persons, having prepared for this primary means of fire extinguishing: water supply, fire-fighting equipment, fire extinguishers and equipment adapted for extinguishing a fire. According to Article 336 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses", "Non–compliance with the requirements for the protection of atmospheric air and fire safety during the storage and incineration of industrial household waste entail a fine of three individuals, for officials - in the amount of twenty MCI.
