With the onset of a fire-hazardous period, in order to prevent the occurrence of fires in the forest-steppe zone, it is necessary to comply with the following requirements of the PPB: burning stubble in fields and grass in the steppe, including carrying out agricultural fires, in areas directly adjacent to forests; it is necessary to plow fields and production areas of farms; working in close proximity to forests and steppes the equipment must be provided with serviceable spark extinguishers and primary fire extinguishing means.
