We inform you that from April 26 to May 9, 2023, the country's PSC will not provide all types of services in the field of state registration of rights (encumbrances) to immovable property, registration of movable property that is not subject to mandatory registration and technical inspection of real estate objects.

It should be noted that from May 2 to May 9 of this year, the online acceptance of documents for registration and technical inspection of real estate through the eGov portal will also be suspended.kz, systems of notaries, tax, second-tier banks and enforcement agencies of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In addition, during the specified period, citizens will not be able to use services related to housing programs.
