The UAPF continues to expand the range of digital services provided to depositors (recipients). To date, individual pension benefits can be obtained from the UAPF without presenting the original identity document. To do this, it is enough to have a digital (electronic) version of the identity document in the mobile application eGovMobile.
The Foundation informs that new services have been added to the previously existing ones. Consumers of pension services now have the opportunity to use digital (electronic) identity documents when contacting the offices of the UAPF:
to submit an application for (about) the selection (change) of an investment portfolio manager (IPM) or for the return of pension savings to the trust management of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
to obtain an extract from an individual pension account when applying to an attorney / legal representative (previously, in these cases, the provision of original documents was required).
Now, when providing pension services, the applicant can present the following digital (electronic) documents:
identification card;
passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
residence permit of a foreigner in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
birth certificate;
certificate of a stateless person.
Previously, the possibility of obtaining services in the units of the UAPF was introduced in part:
receipt of an extract from an individual pension account upon personal application;
making changes and (or) additions to the banking details;
changes (definitions) of the method of informing about the state of pension savings;
transfer of pension savings to an insurance company.
It should be noted that it is possible to use the digital (electronic) version of the identity document with a personal appeal directly to the units of the UAPF.
If the person who applied has an identity document that is invalid, then the electronic version of the document will not be available in the eGovMobile mobile application.
We also remind you that a number of services are provided by the UAPF remotely: through the website, the mobile application BZHZK / UAPF.
