The state corporation is constantly developing the operation of the 1414 network in order to provide high-quality services. A robot has been launched in the Unified Contact Center Network, which provides advice on public services 24/7 around the clock.
The robot of the Unified Contact Center can provide such services as queuing at the PSC, checking the readiness of documents, issuing certificates from a psychoneurological and Narcological dispensary. To book a queue, you need to dial the IIN on the button entering the number, select the nearest PSC and warn the time of arrival in the center. In addition, to get help through the robot, you need to enter the IIN, confirming the code in the SMS message that came to the phone. After all the steps are performed correctly, a link to the help will be sent by SMS message from the number 1414. In addition, the robot will send a list of documents required to receive a particular service by SMS message.
"The virtual operator still has its drawbacks. There may be situations when the robot misinterprets you during the call, but the more people use it, the better the level of consultation. I note that we will not stop there, but in the future we will increase the list of public services provided by the robot," said Suyenish Abdildin, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation.
The robot will advise on the 50 most popular public services. In addition to such services as obtaining a passport, identity card, electronic digital signature, maternity benefits, pension payments, he will answer other questions.
It should be noted that the Unified Contact Center 1414 has been serving citizens for more than 11 years. Since the beginning of the year, the network has received more than 1.2 million calls, of which 35% were served by the robot. Calls to the 1414 line are free and available to users of all mobile operators and citizens who call from a landline phone.
