The editorial office of the newspaper "Nurly Zhol", in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3 of Article 28 of the Constitutional Law "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", informs about the conditions, amount of payment and the procedure for providing space for the publication of campaign materials of candidates for deputies of the Majilis of the Parliament and maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The printing space is provided to all registered candidates without exception on equal terms for the publication of election campaign materials. The order of publication of candidates' materials is established in the order of receipt of written appeals to the editorial office, indicating the date and volume of the printed area and the conclusion of the contract. To pay for the cost of providing printing space at the rate of 210 tenge per 1 sq.cm. of newspaper space.
All pre-election printed campaign materials must contain information about their payment, sources of funding, and the person who submitted the order. Candidates are solely responsible for the compliance of printed materials with the requirements of current legislation.
In case of violation of the conditions and procedure specified in this message, as well as violations of the terms of the relevant contract, the publication of materials is not carried out - it is suspended to eliminate violations.
The editorial board has the right to refuse to publish printed materials if there is information that could damage the honor and dignity or business reputation of other candidates. The texts of campaign materials whose content does not meet the requirements of the Constitutional Law "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" will not be published.
