It's also ice, frostbite, chapped lips, icy limbs and necessarily a couple of experimenters whose tongue is stuck to an iron post.
When the sidewalk turns into a skating rink, the main rule for a pedestrian is to choose comfortable shoes! Remember, it's a hundred times harder for a car to stop in icy conditions than it is for you.
Remember, frostbite can occur even at temperatures close to zero. Humid air and cold wind with light frost can cause significant damage to the exposed parts of the body. Most often, the nose, hands, and ears suffer. Do not forget about the hat, scarf and mittens. Do not lick your lips in the cold. Use hygienic lipstick so that they do not peel off.
Winter fun is a lot of fun. But before using sleds or skis, make sure they are in good condition and remember about the safety rules for children in winter. On long descents, be sure to use a helmet. Do not lose sight of the child when he rides himself. There is no need to build a steam locomotive from a sleigh and allow jumping over trampolines. This can lead to injury.
Attention! When crossing the road, always drop the child out of the sleigh! Go over by the hand, or carry him in your arms!
When passing by multi-storey buildings, try not to go close to the walls. Avoid all kinds of accumulations of snow and ice hanging from roofs or trees. Do not allow children to jump into a snowdrift. Stones, household waste, pits, open pipes and fittings can be hidden under a layer of snow.
In winter, it is better to avoid rivers and lakes. It's not safe to go out on the ice alone. A few minutes of joy and confidence in one hundred percent luck are not worth a human life. Do not play games on the ice, but skate only on specially equipped playgrounds.
Do not allow children to detonate firecrackers, fireworks, and firecrackers on their own. If you do not know how, are not sure about the quality of pyrotechnics, it is better not to do it at all. When you plan to light sparklers or candles, do not dress children in clothes made of flammable materials.
