Land relations

Mission:
creation of conditions for efficient and rational use of land resources, contributing to the economic development of the district.
rational and efficient use of land resources of the Uzunkolsky district, assistance in timely replenishment of the revenue side of the budget from land real estate transactions.
Tasks:
conducting explanatory work among the population of the district on land relations;
execution of land legislation, decisions of district representative and executive bodies adopted within their competence;
organization of land management;
organization of land zoning works;
protection of the interests of the state in the field of land relations.
Functions:
generalization of the practice of applying land legislation, development of proposals for its improvement;
interaction with local representative and executive bodies of the district on issues of regulation of land relations, land reform;
conducting examinations of district programs, schemes and projects affecting the use and protection of land;
preparation of annual district reports on the availability of land and their distribution by category, land, land owners and land users;
identify unused land and land used in violation of the law;
register and issue documents certifying land rights;
determine the divisibility and indivisibility of land plots;
approve the estimated value of specific land plots (land use rights) when they are sold to private ownership, provision for land use by the state;
organization of the work of the anti-corruption commission, analysis of the measures taken to combat corruption;
provision of public services on the basis of the current legislation.
