In accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 139 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015, the Kostanay Regional Maslikhat DECIDED:
To make the following changes to the decision of the Kostanay regional maslikhat "On the establishment of official salaries and tariff rates increased by twenty-five percent for specialists in the field of health, social security, education, culture and forestry, who are civil servants and work in rural areas" dated February 17, 2016 No. 502 (published on April 1, 2016 in the information and legal system "Adilet", registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 6217) :
the title should be reworded:
"On the establishment of increased by twenty-five percent of official salaries and tariff rates for specialists in the field of health, social security, education, culture, sports and forestry, who are civil servants and workers in rural areas»;
paragraph 1 should be redrafted:
"1. To establish the official salaries and tariff rates increased by twenty-five percent for specialists in the field of health care, social security, education, culture, sports and forestry, who are civil servants and work in rural areas, in comparison with the salaries and rates of civil servants engaged in these types of activities in urban conditions, at the expense of the regional budget.".
This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
