The office of the akim of the Mikhailovsky rural district (hereinafter referred to as the akim’s office) is a state institution that ensures the activities of the akim of the rural district (hereinafter referred to as the akim) and carries out other functions provided for by the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Akim's Office carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as these Regulations on the Akim's Office
