Information
to promote the service
of registration of legal entities on the PEP
To date, from the state services provided by the State Corporation in the field of registration of legal entities, the state service for
registration of legal entities, registration of their branches and representative offices (small and
medium-sized businesses) has been fully automated by submitting an electronic notification, which is filled in on the web portal of "electronic Government"
(without the participation of the human factor).
For example, to open an LLP for a beginner
an entrepreneur does not need a charter, does not need to pay registration fees or go to the tax service. You only need a computer and an electronic digital signature. Registration
TOO on egov.kz will take less than 30 minutes if you follow the instructions.
So, for the state registration of a legal entity
belonging to a small business entity, the
founder (founders) submits
a notification to the registering body about the start of entrepreneurial
activity in the form established by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The electronic
notification is filled in and submitted on the e-government web portal.
At the same time, the charters (regulations) of legal entities related to small business entities, their branches and
representative offices are not submitted in the process of state registration.
After filling in the appropriate fields, the system will ask you to check the correctness of all data. A
