How to get an online duplicate of a certificate of change of surname, name and patronymic.

So:

1. Log in to the Egov.kz portal;
2. In the search, find the service "Submitting an application for a repeated certificate of change of name, surname, patronymic";
3. Request a service online;
4. Fill in the information about your full name;
5. Indicate the department of the Civil Registry Office, where you previously registered the change of name and the department of the PSC, from where you will pick up the duplicate;
6. The second step is to pay the state duty;
7. Go to the third step and update the data on payment of the state duty;
8. Then go to the fourth step and sign the application using EDS;
9. The results of the service can be found in the personal account of the portal.

The cost of the service is 1 MCI;

The time for rendering the service, depending on the requested data from the civil registry office, may last up to 30 calendar days.
