About approval of Rules of compensation by owners

of apartments, non-residential premises of the expenses connected with repair

and replacement of elevators, capital repairs

of apartment houses in Mendykarinsky district

 

 

         In accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", subparagraph 16-5) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of Mendykarinsky district DECIDES:

  1. Approve the attached Rules for compensation by owners of apartments, non-residential premises of costs associated with the repair and replacement of elevators, major repairs of apartment buildings in Mendykarinsky district.
  2. The State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger transport and highways of Mendykarinsky district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

         1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

         2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Mendykarinsky district after its official publication.

  1. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the Mendykarinsky district.
  2. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
