About determination of places for placement of propaganda printed materials on the territory of Mendykarinsky district

In accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 28 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of Mendykarinsky district DECIDES:

To determine, together with the Mendykarinsky district Election Commission (by agreement), places for the placement of campaign printed materials on the territory of the district in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution.
To recognize as invalid some resolutions of the Akimat of the Komendykarinsky district in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution.
The State institution "Akimamendykarinsky district Administration" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Komendykarinsky district after its official publication.

To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the head of the Akimamendykarinsky district office.
This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
