"On approval of the norms for the formation and

 waste in the Mendykarinsky district»

In accordance with subparagraph 1) of Article 19-1 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 9, 2007, the Mendykarinsky district maslikhat DECIDED:

1. To approve the attached norms for the formation and accumulation of municipal waste in the Mendykarinsky district in accordance with the annex to this decision.
2. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
3. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
