The mission of the state institution "Department of employment and social programs of Mendykarinsky district" is to improve the standard of living and income of the population, its employment, social protection and social services.
Tasks:
1) implementation of the state policy of employment and social protection of the population of the Mendykarinsky district, promotion of its development;
2) protection of citizens ' rights, their interests, and state guarantees provided for by current legislation on employment and social protection;
3) other tasks stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Functions:
1) consideration of requests from legal entities and individuals on issues within the competence of the Department of employment and social programs, taking the necessary measures;
2) preparation and submission of reports to the relevant state bodies;
3) provision of public services in accordance with current legislation;
4) assignment and payment of social benefits provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and provision of other types of social assistance at the expense of the local budget;
5) monitors organizations with risks of job release and reduction;
6) making a decision on the provision of special social services to a person (family) in a difficult life situation;
7) performing other functions and duties stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The service on the e-government portal allows you to view data on the progress of the housing queue, as well as check the waiting lists of those who have received housing from the State Housing Fund.
To do this, you need to log in to the e-government portal, specify the IIN number and select the service "View the queue number for housing from the state fund".
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 67 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations" of April 16, 1997 (hereinafter referred to as the Law), housing from the communal housing stock is provided for use by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in need of housing who permanently reside in this locality and are registered as needing housing.
Persons with disabilities and participants of the Great Patriotic War, as well as orphans and children left without parental care, have the primary right to receive housing from the state housing fund or housing rented by the local executive body in a private housing fund.
On the basis of the above, taking into account the current housing legislation, you will be provided with housing from the state housing fund in the order of priority established by the lists.
Due to the lack of legal grounds, it is not possible to provide housing in violation of the order of priority.
At the same time, you have the right to apply to the local executive body to consider the issue of providing temporary housing.
To be placed in the queue for housing from the municipal housing fund, you need to submit an application through the e-government web portal www.egov.kz by attaching the necessary documents confirming one of the categories.
Housing from the communal housing stock or housing rented by a local executive body in a private housing stock is provided for use by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in need of housing, permanently residing in this locality and related to:
disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War;
1-1) orphans, children left without parental care;
1-2) mothers with many children, awarded with the "Altyn Alka", "Kumis Alka" pendants or previously received the title "Mother-Heroine" , as well as awarded with the "Mother's Glory" orders of the I and II degrees, large families;
2) socially vulnerable segments of the population;
3)civil servants, employees of budgetary organizations, military personnel, candidates for cosmonauts, cosmonauts, employees of special state bodies and persons holding state elected positions;
4) citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, whose only dwelling is recognized as an emergency in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to Article 69 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who do not have permanent housing from the communal housing stock in this locality are recognized as needing housing from the state housing stock, if:
1) they do not have a home on the right of ownership in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the time of registration and at the time of provision of housing from the communal housing fund or the housing fund of a state enterprise;
2) they do not have a home on the right of ownership in this locality when registering and at the time of providing housing from the housing stock of a state institution;
3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29.12.2014 No. 270-V (entered into force after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);
4) the dwelling in which they live does not meet the established sanitary-epidemiological and technical requirements;
5) two or more families live in adjacent, uninsulated residential premises;
6) the family includes patients suffering from severe forms of certain chronic diseases (according to the list of diseases approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan), in which cohabitation with them in the same room (apartment) becomes impossible.
