The following work is carried out on public services: development of proposals for amendments and (or) additions to the register of public services rendered to individuals and legal entities, in terms of public services falling within the competence of the state (local) executive body; ensuring automation of the process of rendering public services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in agreement with the authorized body in the field of informatization; ensuring optimization of the process of rendering public services in agreement with the authorized body in the field of informatization, conducting internal control over the quality of rendering public services falling within the competence of the state (local) executive body; ensuring interaction with non-governmental organizations during public monitoring; conducting analytical work on the execution of instructions on public services in the offices of akims of villages, rural districts and district departments; organizing meetings, seminars and trainings on issues of rendering public services; monitoring public services rendered by local executive bodies; taking measures to develop electronic services rendered by local executive bodies
