Functions of the licensing and certification Department

• Implementation of licensing in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities.
• Certification of experts for the right to carry out expert work and engineering services in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities.
  Accreditation of project management organizations in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction.
• Implementation of state regulation of the activities of participants in the construction of shared-equity objects in housing construction in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on architectural, urban planning and construction activities.
• Issuing a permit to attract money from shareholders.
• Keeping records of issued permits to attract money from shareholders and agreements on shared participation in housing construction, as well as agreements on the assignment of rights to claims on them.
• Implementation of state control and supervision in the field of equity participation in housing construction.
• Implementation of other functions provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
