3) develops and approves the tender documentation (auction documentation) on the basis of the task submitted by the customer containing the documents established by the rules of public procurement;

4) determine and approve the composition of the competition Commission (auction Commission);

5) make changes and (or) additions to the tender documentation (auction documentation);

6) place ads on the public procurement web portal for conducting public procurement;

7) sends the customer requests and comments from persons automatically registered on the web portal, who received the tender documentation for the draft public procurement contract and (or) the technical specification of the tender documentation (auction documentation);

8) consider using the web portal applications for participation in competition (auction) to potential suppliers on their compliance to qualification requirements and the requirements of the tender documentation (tender documentation), as well as the absence of restrictions under article 6 of the Law;

9) determines the winner of public procurement by means of a tender (auction).

In accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan solves questions of secondment, granting leave, rendering material aid, training (retraining), training, promotion, payment of allowances and benefits, disciplining employees of a governmental institution "Management of public procurement akimat of Kostanay region".
