By the decree of the Akimat of Kostanay region No. 45 dated January 29, 2007, in order to implement the state program for the functioning and development of languages for 2011-2020, the State Municipal State Enterprise "Center for Teaching the State Language" was established, which is the only state enterprise in the region engaged in teaching the state language to civil servants, employees of budgetary organizations, joint-stock companies and national companies, employees of private structures.
The municipal state institution was established in accordance with the decree of the Akimat of Kostanay region dated November 7, 2016 No. 496 "On the establishment of the municipal state institution "Regional Language Learning Center "Tildaryn"
The center has 3 media classes equipped with computers and interactive whiteboards, a methodical study, as well as a rich library with teaching aids, dictionaries of various industries. New comprehensive programs of 3-level training (beginner, continuing and advanced) in the state language of civil servants have been installed on all computers in classrooms. The duration of training for each level is 9 months, which is 120 hours. Students of the course are provided with the necessary latest educational and methodological materials and electronic textbooks. Students who have successfully completed the training program are issued a certificate of completion of the course.
By the decree of the Akimat of Kostanay region, 3 city and 15 district language learning centers are operating and operating today. On the basis of the regional language training center, civil servants and everyone can take a test using the Kaztest system.
The center employs highly educated and qualified teachers. To improve their skills, all specialists annually take special courses on intensive and interactive, as well as other methods of teaching the state language.
Along with the state and English languages, classes for representatives of ethnic groups (German, Hebrew, Polish, Azerbaijani, Turkish, Armenian, Tatar) are conducted on the basis of the regional language training center.
