One of the attractions of the Ore is the historical Museum, the creation of which is associated with the name Ivan Dyachkov – Honorary worker of culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, participant of the great Patriotic war, a student of vocational education, Honorary citizen of the city Ore and of Lukashivka village, Cherkasy region, well-known local historian, writer.
In 1982, the leadership of the city of Rudny, headed by I. I. Dyachkov, sent a letter to the First Secretary of the CPC city Committee, B. K. Asatov, to the regional and Republican authorities about the creation of the Museum. On December 30, 1982, the government of the Republic decided to open a Museum in the city of Rudny. On August 28, 1983, the Museum was opened with the participation of representatives of the regional and city public. It was a remarkable event in the cultural life of the region and the city.
Total area – 993,6 square meters, exposition – 864 sq. m., stock - 30 sq. m. Stationary exposition of the Museum consists of 9 rooms: "Alekseevskiy cultural complex", "Ethnography Hall", "Hall of the great Patriotic war of 1941-1945.g.", "The story of Shoka and JSC "SSGPO" "History JSC "Rudysarova"", "History and development of the city Ore", "the native land Nature", "a Holographic room", "Exhibition hall".
The Museum today is a research and cultural and leisure institution that preserves centuries-old traditions and educates the younger generation of Kazakhstan's patriotism, citizenship, and a sense of responsibility for the fate of their city and country.
Activities of the Museum: collection and storage of monuments of material and spiritual culture, natural history; systematization and involvement in the field of scientific research of Museum collections; creation of expositions, exhibitions on the history and nature of the region; implementation of scientific and educational work on local lore.
Work continues on the Museum's record-keeping activities. As of November 1, 2019, 7,959 exhibits have been digitized. Since 2017, digitization has been carried out in the State catalog of the Museum Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1437 (storage units) of exhibits have been entered.
The rudnensky Museum remains a cultural and educational center, the main principles of which are scientific and historical authenticity, modernity and novelty of Museum technologies and forms of work with visitors, relevance and balance of social and economic efficiency of implemented programs.
Actions are currently not only successfully combined with the tasks of cultural and educational activities of the Museum, but also in General enriches this form, bringing new content to it.
Close, fruitful cooperation connects the rudnensky Museum with the military-Patriotic associations "Ocean", "Arlan", "Batyr". The last joint project was the Patriotic campaign "Duty of memory", dedicated to the Victory Day. This is a large-scale event to improve the graves of veterans of the great Patriotic war, parents of fallen soldiers.

In order to create the conditions for civic and Patriotic education of young people through Museum activities, preservation of memory about the past through the study of people and events of their homeland, implemented local history project "back to basics".
The project is a system of events that help the younger generation get acquainted with the history, Ethnography, and material culture of our region. All events from thematic conversations to exhibition activities are held in an interesting non-standard form. Interactive forms of local history events provide the maximum amount of knowledge about the native land. One of the important areas of the project is the section "local History" in the newspaper "rudnenskiy Rabochy", in which the Museum staff introduces readers to items of spiritual and material culture that have historical and cultural value. The column is intended for the General reader, the newspaper published 35 articles in total.
Together with the public Association "League of happy women", the project"I am a patriot of the small Motherland" was implemented. There were 30 interactive field trips, during which the children had the opportunity to get acquainted with the history and memorable places of the city of Rudny, including the Alekseevsky cultural complex.
The dialogue platform "Our land is the heritage of our ancestors", implemented within the framework of the project" Organization of events aimed at social integration of repatriates into society", contributed to the study of the cultural heritage of our ancestors, promotion of family values. Exhibition of decorative and applied art " Life-creativity, creativity-life!» reflects household items and creative work made by repatriates of the city of Rudny. Social partner is OOO "Rudnenskiy city voluntary society of disabled people".
To promote knowledge about the life of prominent historical figures of the great steppe jointly with the SEC "Ore Dausy" works project "Great names".
In the framework of the information program "Ruhanijat" on the radio "Ore Dausy" broadcast information prepared by the Museum staff: the radio series "Seven faces of the great Steppe", "Kazakh national clothes", "S. Kubeev - teacher and educator", "Kazakh jewelry art", etc.
