Requirements for the participants of the competition: higher (or postgraduate) education in one of the areas of training: pedagogical sciences (music education, languages and literature) and/or arts and humanities (art) and/or social sciences, journalism and information (cultural studies) and/or business, management and law; at least 5 years in the field of culture or in senior positions, or at least 5 years for persons enrolled in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, or at least 4 years in the field of culture or in senior positions for persons who have completed postgraduate education programs in educational institutions under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan or in foreign higher educational institutions institutions in priority specialties, approved by the working body of the Republican Commission for Training Personnel Abroad according to The Decree The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 12, 2000 No. 470 "On the Republican Commission for Training personnel Abroad", and for persons with an academic degree in one of the areas of training: pedagogical sciences (music education, languages and literature) and/or art and humanities (art) and/or social sciences sciences, journalism and information (cultural studies) and/or business, management and law; The deadline for submitting applications for participation in the competition: the date of the start of accepting documents from persons applying for participation in the competition is determined from the date of posting the announcement of the competition in the media.
