Beisen bi Baizhanuly (1831-1904) - a native of the Torgai steppes, was known and revered by the people as a wise, brave, reasonable person with excellent organizational skills. The gift of Beisen fairly resolve disputes was handed down to him by inheritance from an ancestor Izbiste and thanks to the guidance well-known psychic Musicaa.

In 1863 Beisen Bayzhanuly was awarded the title of Cornet, and in 1865 was awarded a gold medal on the Anninsky ribbon. In 1870, he was awarded the military rank of centurion and a gold medal on the Vladimir ribbon. The memory of Beisen BIE is sacredly preserved by his descendants.
