Announcement of a competition to fill the vacant position of the head of the Kostanay Regional Philharmonic named after E. Umurzakov of the Department of Culture of the Akimat of Kostanay region
GU "Department of Culture of the Akimat of Kostanay region" announces a competition for the vacant position: head of the KGKP "Kostanay Regional Philharmonic named after E. Umurzakov" of the Department of Culture of the Akimat of Kostanay region. The official salary, depending on the length of service, is from 213,200 tenge to 258,595 tenge.

The main activity of the enterprise: musical and aesthetic education, provision of conditions for the creation of highly artistic creative programs and performances, organization of concerts of professional art groups and individual performers, implementation of musical and educational activities.
Requirements for the participants of the competition:
higher (or postgraduate) education in one of the areas of training: pedagogical sciences (music education, languages and literature) and/or arts and humanities (art) and/or social sciences, journalism and information (cultural studies) and/or business, management and law;
at least 5 years in the field of culture or in leadership positions, or at least 5 years for persons enrolled in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, or at least 4 years in the field of culture or in leadership positions for persons who have completed postgraduate education programs in educational institutions under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan or in foreign higher educational institutions institutions in priority specialties, approved by the working body of the Republican Commission for Training Personnel Abroad in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 12, 2000 No. 470 "On the Republican Commission for Training personnel abroad", and for persons with an academic degree in one of the areas of training: pedagogical sciences (music education, languages and literature) and/or arts and humanities (art) and/or social sciences, journalism and information (cultural studies) and/or business, management and law;
The deadline for submitting applications for participation in the competition: the date of the start of accepting documents from persons applying for participation in the competition is determined from the date of posting the announcement of the competition in the mass media. Acceptance of documents for persons applying for participation in the competition ends after 15 days from the date of the announcement of the competition in the mass media.
The person applying for participation in the competition submits the following documents within the time limits specified in the announcement of the competition:
1) application for participation in the competition;
2) resume in the state and Russian languages;
3) copies of educational documents;
4) documents confirming labor activity specified in Article 35 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5) a certificate in the form No. 075/u "Medical certificate (medical professional advisory opinion)" approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 21579).
The participant of the competition can provide additional information regarding his education, work experience, level of professional training (copies of documents on advanced training, awarding academic degrees and titles, scientific publications, as well as recommendations from the management from the previous place of work).
