The draft order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and Additions to the Order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 22, 2019 No. 370 "On approval of the Rules for Issuing an Invoice in electronic Form in the Electronic Invoice Information System and its form" was developed in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 412 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code).
The purpose of the adoption of this draft order is to make changes and additions to the invoice statement in electronic form in the electronic invoice information system and its forms.
The adoption of the draft order will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
