Information about the nearest addresses of the branches of JSC "ENPF" can be found on the official website of the Fund, as well as through the ENPF mobile application by installing it on any smartphone or tablet. You can also use the What's App service by number +7 777 000 1418 and find out from the Fund's specialist not only the addresses of the branches, but also all the information you are interested in. And perhaps the most traditional way is to make a call to the call center at a single number 1418, where polite operators will always tell you how to find the nearest branch of UAPF JSC.
2. How to download and register in the UAPF mobile application?
The ENPF mobile application can be downloaded for free on any smartphone or tablet based on both Android and iOS.
For authorization in the Personal Account of the application, an electronic digital signature (EDS) or login (your IIN) and password are used. But the login and password can be used if the method of obtaining data about your savings has been chosen in advance - "Internet informing". You can make this choice again using the EDS here, in the mobile application or on the website enpf.kz . If there is no EDS, then you will have to visit one of the Fund's offices once, or if it is not in your place of residence, one of the 300 branches of Kazpost JSC and sign an appropriate agreement.
All information in the mobile application is presented in 2 languages: Kazakh and Russian.
With the help of the application, you can get a certificate of the availability of an individual pension account, get an extract from the IPS, send an appeal with a question of interest, order a Mobile office departure or a callback, make changes and (or) additions to your details, calculate the projected amount of future pension using a Pension calculator. You can also use it to track the current status of your pension account, find out about all changes in the pension system, see the location of the nearest UAPF office and even call the contact center.
In addition, through this application, each UAPF depositor can find out whether he has enough funds in an individual pension account to exercise his right to use part of pension savings for housing improvement or treatment, or to transfer to companies managing an investment portfolio.
3. How do I get a lump sum payment for the burial and accumulation of a deceased relative?
In the event of the death of the recipient, as well as a person who has pension savings in the UAPF and has not reached retirement age (men upon reaching 63 years, women upon reaching 60 years in 2021 with an increase in age by 0.5 years each year to 63 years in 2027), his family or the person who carried out the burial, the UAPF is paid a one-time payment for burial within the amount of 52.4 times the monthly calculation index established for the corresponding fiscal year by the law on the republican budget (in 2021, the MCI is 2,917 tenge), but no more than the funds available in the individual pension account (IPS).
If the balance of pension savings on the recipient's IPS after making a one-time payment for burial amounts to an amount not exceeding the amount of the minimum pension established by the law on the republican budget for the corresponding financial year, this balance is paid as a burial payment.
If there are savings left on the individual pension account after this payment, they are inherited in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 326 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and other mandatory payments to the Budget", pension payments made by the UAPF relate to income in the form of pension payments subject to taxation.

More than 90% of all UAPF services are now provided in electronic format. For example, by registering in your Personal Account on the website enpf.kz , you can get a range of services, monitor current indicators on pension assets, supplement the details of contracts and much more. You can use this service by means of an electronic digital signature or by entering your IIN and password. In your Personal Account, you can also get a certificate of the existence of an individual pension account, submit an application for the appointment of pension payments in connection with the establishment of disability of 1 or 2 groups indefinitely, track the status of the application for payment, relocation and much more."
ENPF website.kz is periodically updated, and new types of services appear. For example, in order to improve the quality of services provided, for the convenience of recipients and to save their time, the Fund has implemented the possibility of submitting an application for the appointment of pension payments formed at the expense of voluntary pension contributions and investment income accrued on them, which have been in the UAPF for at least five years, remotely - through a personal account on the corporate website of the UAPF.
Thus, in your personal account on the enpf website.kz the service for submitting applications for the appointment of pension payments is provided to recipients who have pension savings in the UAPF:
- at the expense of mandatory pension contributions and (or) mandatory occupational pension contributions: persons with disabilities of group 1 or 2 indefinitely;
- at the expense of DPV:
persons who have reached the age of 50;
persons with disabilities;
persons who have pension savings within the limits of the amounts of the DPV and the investment income accrued on them, who have been in the UAPF for at least five years.
To submit an application, recipients must have an electronic digital signature. You can also track the status of execution of the application for payment registered with JSC "ENPF" on the enpf website.kz using the service "My applications for payments/transfers" in the section "Electronic services".
In order to submit an application, you need to log in to your Personal Account using an EDS, then in the "Services" section select the service "Filing an application for the appointment of pension payments", then fill out and sign the relevant EDS documents.
The status of processing the UAPF application can be easily tracked using the "My applications for payments / transfers" service in the "Services" section of the personal account here on the website.
The depositor on the website can independently calculate their future pension payments using the Forecast Pension Calculator on our website. It covers all pension components within the multi-level pension system of Kazakhstan: state basic pension and old-age pension (or solidary), as well as pension formed by mandatory pension contributions, mandatory occupational pension contributions and voluntary pension contributions)."

5. Recently, I was diagnosed with a disability of group 2, can I get my retirement savings ahead of schedule?
According to the law "On Pension Provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the right to receive pension payments from the UAPF comes under certain conditions, including in the case of disability of groups 1 and 2 indefinitely. The UAPF is obliged to make pension payments to recipients in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The specified procedure, including the calculation of the amount of the annual amount of pension payments according to the established schedule from the UAPF, are determined by the Rule for the implementation of pension payments from pension savings formed at the expense of mandatory pension contributions, mandatory occupational pension contributions from the unified accumulative pension fund, and the methodology for calculating the amount of pension payments approved by Government Decree No. 1042 dated 02.10.2013. Thus, if the disability of group 2 is fixed to you indefinitely, you can receive pension payments from the UAPF according to the established schedule or at a time if the total amount of your pension savings is less than 12 minimum pensions, this year it is 519,264 tenge. If there are enough savings, then pension payments are made until they are exhausted. At the same time, the minimum pension payment from the UAPF for recipients with disabilities of any age cannot be less than 70% of the subsistence minimum or 24,012 tenge in the current year.
