The main priority in the activities of the State Revenue Department in the Karasu district is to increase the level of public satisfaction with the activities of state revenue bodies, create favorable conditions for doing business and protect the interests of the state.
The success of countering corruption offenses largely depends on identifying the causes and conditions that give rise to them. These reasons arise in connection with the non-enforcement of laws, the existence of the shadow economy and the low legal literacy of civil society.
In order to eliminate corruption risks and paperwork, the largest number of public services provided and the issuance of Management permits is carried out in electronic format, through the state corporation "Government for Citizens", which in turn excludes the contact of employees of the state body with business entities, thereby minimizing the conditions of the corruption component. Openness and transparency of procedures is an integral part of countering negative manifestations.
There are complaint boxes installed in the Administration building for the convenience of citizens in accessible places. In order to inform citizens, the Department has developed and placed booklets "On the legislative changes introduced on anti-corruption issues"in places where public services are provided to the population.
Along with the main tasks, the Department constantly conducts appropriate preventive work to prevent corruption facts in the ranks of its employees and improve the image of state revenue bodies, preventive measures are carried out that form a negative attitude of officials to corruption.
On an ongoing basis, sociological research is conducted among employees in order to determine the negative moral and psychological climate due to improper organization of work on the part of the managers responsible for this, with the inclusion in the questionnaire of questions concerning the identification of facts of extortion of bribes, extortion, etc.
In pursuance of the instruction of the Head of State on the introduction of the concept of a "hearing state", the State Revenue Department for the Karasu district will continue to implement an anti-corruption policy, thereby preventing any negative manifestations.
