The Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 19, 2018 No. 259 "On approval of the Rules for registration of job seekers, the unemployed and the implementation of labor mediation provided by employment centers" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 17199) was amended and supplemented. The municipal state institution "Employment Center of the Akimat of the Karasu district" provides 3 state services: "Registration of job seekers", "Registration of unemployed persons", "Assistance to job seekers and the unemployed".
"Registration of job seekers", "Registration of unemployed persons" - are provided through the State Corporation "Government for Citizens", the Web portal of "Electronic government" www.egov.kz, a cellular subscriber device, a service provider.
The term of rendering public services is 1 (one) working day.
The form of rendering public services is electronic (partially automated) and (or) paper.
To register as a job seeker, the applicant submits to the employment center at the place of residence or a State corporation:
1) an application in the form according to Appendix 1 to the standard of the state service "Registration of job seekers";
2) an identity document or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identification);
3) a document confirming the work activity (if available);
4) a document on education, qualification, availability of special knowledge or professional training (if available
"Registration of unemployed persons" the employment center of the population registers a person as unemployed on the basis of the list of documents provided for by the standard of the state service "Registration of job seekers" in accordance with Annex 1 to these Rules.
The service provider's work schedule is from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 18.30 pm with a lunch break from 13.00 am to 14.30 pm, except weekends and holidays, according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
State corporation – from Monday to Saturday inclusive, in accordance with the work schedule from 9.00 am to 20.00 pm without a lunch break, except Sundays and holidays, according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Reception is carried out in the order of "electronic queue", at the place of registration of the service recipient, without accelerated service, it is possible to book an electronic queue through the portal.
3) the portal-around the clock, except for technical breaks related to repair work (when the service recipient applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays, according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, documents are accepted and the result of the provision of public services is issued on the next working day).
