From March 15 to July 01, 2021, applications will be accepted from applicants who intend to participate in the "Enbek Zholy" contest.
The competition consists of three categories:" the best Labor dynasty"," the best young Production Worker"," the best mentor of working youth".
This competition will determine the best Labor dynasties and production workers in order to educate young people in the spirit of respect for work, preservation and reproduction of labor traditions. The competition contributes to increasing the status of a person of labor in society and stimulating labor productivity within the framework of the motto "Society of Universal labor".
The competition will be held in 2 stages: selection of winners of the contest "Enbek Zholy" at the regional and national levels.
The Republican commission determines the winners in each category of the competition (first, second, and third places).
All employees of enterprises (regardless of the industry) can participate in the competition.
• "Best Labor dynasty" - the largest dynasty with the longest work experience and the most awards is selected.
• "Best young production worker" - the most active and hardworking production employee with no more than 5 years of work experience is selected.
• "Best mentor of working youth" — the most active and effective mentor with at least 20 years of work experience is selected.
In order to award the winners in each category of the competition in cash, certificates are issued in the amount of 1,000,000 (one million) tenge for the 1st Place, 500,000 (five thousand) tenge for the 2nd place, and 200,000 (two thousand) tenge for the 3rd place.

We invite both representatives of Labor dynasties, initiative young workers and their mentors to take an active part in the competition.
