Kostanay residents entered the personnel reserve of "Government for Citizens"

The State Corporation "Government for Citizens" has formed its own personnel reserve. The selection was held from March 1 to April 30, 2021. Almost 2,000 people took part in it, 353 were enrolled in the final list, of which 22 represent the Kostanay region.

 One of them, Nurzat Kabiev, is the head of the department for servicing the population of the Altynsara region.

“When they announced the formation of the reserve, I immediately decided for myself that I would participate. First, it is a test of my capabilities and knowledge. Secondly, I want to contribute to the development of the state corporation. I also want to improve my professional level, as training events will be held for reservists. "Pool of talent" is an opportunity to grow up the career ladder, - said Nurzat Kabiev. - The selection took place in three stages. Two tests and an interview. Most of all, I confess, I was worried before the interview. But all three stages were successful. "

The applicants were selected by a special commission, which included deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of the media, state and public figures, HR specialists, representatives of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and the Agency for Combating Corruption, members of the National Council of Public Trust, members of the Board of Directors and the Board state corporation.

We add that the main goal of the project was to find promising employees, to develop their competencies, and in the future to nominate them to vacant leadership positions.
