Service "Online calculator for calculating the amount of payment for the activities of a private bailiff»

The developed functionality allows citizens to calculate the amount of payment for the activities of a private bailiff (hereinafter-CHSI). An online calculator for calculating the amount of payment for the activities of CHSI is available on the main page of the Automated Information System of Enforcement Bodies (aisoip.adilet.gov.kz) for any user.

The amount of payment for the activities of the CHSI, paid in the framework of enforcement proceedings, is calculated depending on the category of cases:

• for executive documents of a property nature by amounts;
• for non-property enforcement documents;
• for enforcement documents on the collection of periodic payments.

The payment amount is calculated according to the monthly calculation index corresponding to the current year of calculation.

Based on the results of the calculation, the amounts are indicated in digital form.
