Information on citizens ' Appeals for 12 months of 2020 in Karasu district

In total, during the reporting period of 2020, 420 appeals were received by the local executive bodies of the Karasu district. Of these:

219 was received by the office of the akim of the Karasu district;

72 to the offices of akims of villages and rural districts;

129 to the state institutions of the district;

By type of requests received:

341 applications;

10 complaints;

69 others (requests, suggestions, responses).

Out of the total number of received appeals on competence, 9 appeals were redirected to other state institutions for consideration.

408 appeals or 98% were considered in the state bodies at the place of admission.

Of these, according to the results of the review:

satisfied – 227 requests (54%) of the total number of requests;
clarified – 149 (35%) of the total number of requests;
denied satisfaction – 30 (7%) of the total number of requests;
consideration was terminated – 2 (0.4%) of the total number of appeals

By the nature of the questions, the largest number of requests are:

labor and employment issues – 76 (18%);
agriculture-115 (27%);
issues of housing and communal services and water and electricity supply-32 (8%);

During the reporting period, the leadership of the local executive bodies of the district (akim of the district, his deputies, chief of staff, heads of independent departments, akims of villages and rural districts) conducted 105 personal receptions of citizens. Of these: akim of the district - 18 receptions (18 applicants were accepted), deputy akim of the district-12 receptions (12 people were accepted), heads of the staff – 7 receptions (6 people were accepted). Heads of state institutions conducted 8 receptions. Akims of villages and rural districts held 60 receptions.

According to the nature of the questions addressed to the personal reception, the appeals were distributed:

The blog platform of the heads of state bodies of the Kostanay region of the Karasu district received 6 appeals. All requests have been reviewed and appropriate responses have been given to them.

There were no repeated requests. There are no violations of the terms of consideration of appeals. According to one appeal, a decision was made to write off without consideration in accordance with paragraph 1, paragraph 1, Article 5 of the Law "On the procedure for considering appeals of individuals and legal entities", No. AN-38 of 26.02.2020.

Among the received appeals, there are 10 complaints, 7 of which were received by the district akim's office ( 9 of them were against officials, 1 complaint about not cleaning roads, the decision was satisfied. One anonymous complaint was written off without consideration).

2 complaints were received by the State Institution "Department of Education of the Akimat of the Karasu district", a decision was made to refuse satisfaction.

1 the complaint was received by the State Institution "The Office of the akim of the Ilichevsky rural district" and was redirected to the police department.
