Let us recall that since November last year, only residents of the capital and the city of Shymkent had such an opportunity. Now the state corporation "Government for Citizens" together with JSC "National Information Technologies" has implemented this public service on the egov.kz electronic government portal for residents of all regions of Kazakhstan. The new service will allow Kazakhstanis to receive a registration certificate for real estate online without visiting the PSC.
To obtain an electronic registration certificate on the e-government portal, you must enter the "Real estate" section and select the service "Submission of an electronic application for obtaining a technical passport of a real estate object". Having made an online request to the copyright holders of apartments, rooms in dormitories, individual garages and suburban buildings, you need to attach the documents specified in the list.
The term for producing a document depends on the type of building. Based on the results of the technical examination, the technical passport of the apartment, rooms in dormitories is issued on the third working day, for individual garages and summer cottages - on the 5th working day.
Electronic registration certificates for apartments, dorm rooms, individual garages and summer cottages will contain the same data as issued in public service centers with seals and signatures. Electronic analogs will be confirmed by the electronic digital signature of employees who were involved in the provision of public services.
By the way, during the period of the pilot project in Nur-Sultan and Shymkent, more than 12 thousand citizens received new electronic technical passports.
