The pilot project started on December 10 in Aktobe. Thanks to the integration of the e-government portal egov.kz, the new information system "Unified State Cadastre of Real Estate", the geoportal of Aktobe Akimat and the electronic trading platform, two land plots at once found their owners. Both plots are intended for commercial use: the first is for the placement and maintenance of a kindergarten, the second is for a building (structure or structure). At the same time, 5 applications were submitted to participate in one auction, and 11 in the other.
By the way, in order to participate in the auction, the service recipient must have a digital signature. The result of the provision of public services in both cases is a sale and purchase agreement or the right to lease a land plot or a reasoned refusal response.
Based on the results of the pilot project, a decision will be made to disseminate online receipt of public services data throughout the republic.
