In September 2020, the branch of KSU "GAKO" "Karasu district state archive" held a meeting with the public to increase the share of services provided in electronic form through the e-government portal for citizens.
In order to improve the quality of public services, increase the number of services in electronic format, as well as increase the number of recipients of electronic digital signatures and promote electronic services.
