DEAR HEADS OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS!
The Department of internal policy of akimat of Karasu district recalls that according to paragraph 5 of article 41 of the Law "On noncommercial organizations" non-profit organisations established in the form of private companies, public enterprises, non-profit joint stock companies, public, corporate and private foundations, unions of legal entities in the form of an Association (Union), as well as branches and representative offices (separate subdivisions) of foreign and international commercial organizations, performing activity on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, annually before 31 March submit to the authorized body in the sphere of cooperation with non-governmental organizations – Ministry of social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, information on its activities, including its founders (participants), structure of property, sources of formation and directions of spending of the money in the manner determined by the authorized body in the sphere of cooperation with non-governmental organizations.
We also remind you that according to current legislation, it is mandatory to provide information to the NGO Database on the web portal infonpo.gov.kz
To provide information about the activities of NGOs in electronic form through the web portal infonpo.gov.kz you need to get an electronic digital signature (EDS) at the nearest branch of the public service Center (PSC).
You can also send information by mail or on purpose on paper and electronic media.
For late submission of information to the NGO Database, responsibility is provided in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
