Information about the possibility of submitting electronic appeals through the e-government portal

To submit and receive a response to an electronic request, individuals and legal entities must be authorized on the e-government portal (www.egov.kz). To do this, you must have an EDS (Electronic digital signature) National certifying center of the Republic of Kazakhstan(hereinafter – RK NCA). Choose the service "Electronic appeals", fill out the submitted form, sign the ETSP of the NCA of the Republic of Kazakhstan, send it to the state body.

In the process of reviewing the document, the user's personal account will receive:

1) delivery notification;

2) notification of registration of an appeal indicating the date of registration and the registration number assigned to the state body or notification of refusal of registration indicating the reason for refusal of registration of the appeal;

3) notification of sending for execution with indication of the performer and term of execution;

4) notification of execution indicating the performer, the date of execution and information about the results of consideration of the application, or information about sending the application for consideration to other entities or officials in accordance with their competence.

Delivery period

- The appeal of an individual and (or) legal entity, for consideration of which it is not required to obtain information from other entities, officials or check-in-place, is considered within fifteen calendar days.

- The appeal of an individual and (or) legal entity, for consideration of which it is required to obtain information from other subjects, officials or check with a field visit, is considered and a decision is made on it within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt to the subject, official.

- In cases where it is necessary to conduct additional examination or verification, the review period may be extended for no more than thirty calendar days, which is reported to the applicant within three calendar days from the date of extension of the review period.
