In 2019, production was produced for 1 billion 516.5 million tenge (2018 - 1 billion 498.5 million tenge), the IFO amounted to 100.5%.

More than 23 enterprises are engaged in the production of industrial products, there are large enterprises, and small and medium-sized businesses are also involved in this sphere. More than 488 people are employed in the industrial sector.

The basic enterprises are: "Train - AMF" LLP , "Liberarsi Elevator" LLP, "Birlik Omir" LLP, "Kolos ML" LLP, "Key" LLP, "To Bidai" LLP, "Ramazan Karasu" LLP, "Karaman K" LLP, "Lyublynka" LLP, "AK Kayyn" LLP, "Shygys" SME, "Suyk-su" SCE. In 2019, the enterprise "Karasu Tazalyk" processing of solid waste was included in the register for submitting reports on the industry.

The growth of this indicator was influenced by: an increase in heating supply services of the state enterprise Shygys. Also, growth in comparison with 2018 is observed in the production of butter, drinking water, solid waste processing (Karasu Tazalyk LLP)

The volume of retail trade turnover amounted to 2 billion 518 million tenge (2018 – 2 billion tenge 323 million tenge), the IFO was 101.1 %.

The total coverage by the end of 2019, with the plan of 829 people, is almost 1122 people (135.3%).

In the Karasu district, 111 people were trained in the basics of entrepreneurship under the "Bastau Business" project in 2019. 23 of which received a grant. The amount of 1 grant is equal to 200 MCI or 505.0 thousand tenge. The total amount of grants issued is 11,615.0 thousand tenge. 23 jobs were created. Young entrepreneurs have purchased

• 7 heads of horses, 19 heads of cattle, 64 heads of Mrs and 40 rabbits. Also purchased equipment for the production of dairy products (milking machine, separator, churn);
• 2 greenhouses assembled;
• 3 grants were issued for the provision of beauty salon services;
• 1 grant for entertainment services (purchased trampoline, bizibord, house, meat, balls, jumpers);
• Car service is open.
