Currently, the state youth policy is undergoing significant changes. Major changes are being made to the Law on state youth policy, and a new concept is being approved, which outlines the main directions and stages of youth movements ' activities. The state youth policy in Karasu district is implemented in accordance with the Concept of the state youth policy, approved by order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 28, 1999 No. 73, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on state youth policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan", adopted in 2004.
