Pension savings of Kazakhstanis exceeded 25.11 trillion KZT

The volume of pension savings of Kazakhstanis as of 01.09.2025 exceeded 25.11 trillion KZT, showing an increase of 4.22 trillion KZT or 20.2% over the year.

Pension savings due to mandatory pension contributions (MPC) as of September 1, 2025 reached 23.84 trillion KZT, an increase of 18.6% in 12 months. 

The amount of pension savings at the expense of mandatory professional pension contributions (MPPC) amounted to 710.63 billion KZT, showing an increase of 13.3% over 12 months.

The maximum annual increase was demonstrated by savings on voluntary pension contributions (VPC) - by 31.00%, as of 01.09.2025, their volume amounted to 9.21 billion KZT.

As of September 1, 2025, the amount of pension savings at the expense of mandatory pension contributions of the employer (MPCE) received from January 1, 2024 to the pension accounts of contributors (recipients) amounted to 552.11 billion KZT.
