On the establishment of restrictive m eropriyaty

In accordance with article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 7) of article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2002 "On veterinary medicine", on the basis of the presentation of the head of state institution " Karabalyk regional territorial inspection of Committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of 29 June 2020 the year number 01-20 / 160 akim Kosobinskogo rural district DECIDED:           

1. Establish restrictive measures in connection with the occurrence

diseases of brucellosis in cattle on the territory of the settlement of the village of Slavenka, Karabalyk district, Kostanay region.

2. Recommend to the republican  state institution   

"Department of quality control and safety of goods and services Kostanay region to B OARD a warning light quality and safety of goods and services Ming and ministries of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (by agreement) , the state institution " Karabalyk regional territorial inspection of Committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan " (as agreed) to carry out the necessary sanitary and antiepidemiological and veterinary and sanitary measures to achieve veterinary and sanitary well-being in the identified epizootic focus.   

3. The state institution "Apparatus of akim of Kosobinsky rural district" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure:

1) state registration of this decision in                           

territorial body of justice;

2) posting this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat              

Karabalyk   region after its official publication .

4. I   reserve control   over the execution of this decision .
5. This decision comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
