On the state of work with citizens' appeals from 1 January to 3 1 uw l I 202 1 year

During the period under review in the local executive bodies Karabalyk district received 82 5 handling the first of them: the apparatus of akim - 2 75 , departments akimat district - 305 , devices akims of rural districts - 1 97 (see table below ) .

The analysis shows that the largest number of applications are received on issues of agriculture, employment, social security, housing and communal services (road repair, water and electricity supply, heating), land use .

Complaints received by the local executive office of the Karabalyk region

From the beginning, the local executive bodies of the district were registered  246   handling th with a personal reception (Akim district - 58 , deputy akim - 1 , chief of staff - 6 , head of the district - 2 9 , akims of rural districts - 1 5 2 ) .

Personal welcome

The analysis shows that the largest number of applications are received on issues of agriculture, employment and social security, housing and communal services (repair of roads, water and electricity supply, heating), land use and the introduction of quarantine on business issues. 

From March 16, 2020, receptions of individuals and representatives of legal entities are held by telephone and online.

Disciplinary action

On the work of the regional branches of the Nur Otan party

Since the beginning of the year, the chairman of the regional branch of the Nur Otan party held 1 reception of citizens, at which 11 people were received .

About the work of the front office :

On May 26, 2020 , on the basis of the regional akimat, the service “ Karabalyk kumek alagy ” (front office) began to work . For the implementation of the project, 7.5 million tenge was allocated from the regional budget (office furniture, office equipment necessary for the functioning of the front office were purchased, thematic design was carried out).

The service consists of 3 blocks:

- front office (reception of citizens) (20 sq.m.) ;

- office for working with written and oral applications of citizens (15 sq. m);

- an open akimat for consulting citizens, a self-service corner, a call center (46 sq.m.) .

The service employs 5 people (from the number of previously employed employees) . Working hours: from 9.00 to 18.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours.

Reception of citizens on the basis of the front office is not carried out due to the pandemic.

On the phone the call center for the cur third period in 2021 received 1 2 references ( through sots.sfe ra - 1 Education - 1 Housing - 4 , agricultural - 1 , along the line PP - 1, Quarantine - 2 at landscaping - 2 ), on the 11 question s clarified , 1 question withdrawn from the control .            

In May of this year on the basis of SI "Machinery of akim of Karabalyk village" and SI "Machinery of akim of Boskolskogo sel with whom the district" open s Project e Office 's " Komek Alany ". For the realization of the project s budget is allocated 3 , 8 m ln. tenge (purchased office furniture, office equipment necessary for the functioning of the front office, carried out thematic design).

In general, the service s involved 5 people (from the staff of the Employment Center , akim apparatus Karabalyk village and rural district akim Boskolskogo apparatus ) . Working hours: from 9.00 to 18.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours.
