On the state of work with citizens' appeals from January 1 to May 31, 2021

During the period under review, 646 appeals were received to the local executive bodies of the Karabalyk region , of which: to the district akim apparatus - 211 , the district akimat departments - 271 , akim offices of rural districts - 164 (table below).

The analysis shows that the largest number of applications are received on issues of agriculture, employment, social security, housing and communal services (road repair, water and electricity supply, heating), land use.

The analysis shows that the largest number of applications are received on issues of agriculture, employment and social security, housing and communal services (repair of roads, water and electricity supply, heating), land use and the introduction of quarantine on business issues.

About the work of the front office:

On May 26, 2020, on the basis of the regional akimat, the service " Karabalyk kө mek ala Ky " (front office) began to work . For the implementation of the project, 7.5 million tenge was allocated from the district budget (office furniture, office equipment necessary for the functioning of the front office were purchased , thematic design was carried out).

The service consists of 3 blocks:

- front office (reception of citizens) (20 sq. m ) ;

- Office for working with written and oral applications of citizens (15 sq. m );

- an open akimat for consulting citizens, a self-service corner, a call center (46 sq.m. ) .

The service employs 5 people (from the number of previously employed employees) . Working hours: from 9.00 to 18.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours.

Reception of citizens on the basis of the front office is not carried out due to the pandemic.

Phone call -center for 5 months of this year received 12 complaints (through social .c Thera - 1 Education - 1 Housing - 4 Agriculture - 1, by emergency line - 1, Quarantine - 2, on an accomplishment - 2 ), 11 questions were clarified , 1 question was removed from control.

In May of this year, on the basis of the State Institution " Akim 's Office of the Karabalyk Village " and the State Institution " Akim 's Office of the Boskol Rural District", project offices " Komek alany " were opened . 3.8 million tenge was allocated from the budget for the implementation of projects (office furniture, office equipment necessary for the functioning of the front office were purchased , thematic design was carried out).

In general, 5 people are involved in the work of the services (from among the employees of the Employment Center, the Akim's Office of the village of Karabalyk and the Akim's Office of the Boskol Rural District) . Working hours: from 9.00 to 18.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours.

Also in 2021, an additional front office will be opened in the Station Rural District.
