Explanatory note to the revised Civil Budget of the Mikhailovsky Rural District for 2021-2023

The decision of the Karabalyk regional maslikhat "On the budgets of villages, township, rural districts of the Karabalyk region for 2021-2023" was approved at the session of the regional maslikhat on January 8, 2020 No. 562. The budget is planned to be clarified in February 2021.
Revenues to the budget of the rural district amounted to 12,936.0 thousand. tenge, of which:
Tax receipts - 619.0 thousand tenge;
Receipt of transfers - 12 317.0 thousand tenge;
For the purpose of high-quality execution of the budget of the rural district, it is expected to increase the plan for the code 801101 "Free balances of budget funds" 1,828.0 thousand tenge.
The following changes are planned for functional groups of expenses:
- Street lighting in settlements. It is planned to increase expenses in the amount of 1 220.0 thousand tenge for the installation of street lighting.
- Improvement and gardening of settlements. It is planned to increase expenses in the amount of 408.0 thousand tenge for the manufacture of the metal structure of the banner and the purchase of banners.
- Ensuring the functioning of highways in cities of district significance, villages, townships, rural districts. It is planned to increase expenses in the amount of 200.0 thousand tenge for road backfilling.
