On amendments and additions to the decision of the maslikhat dated December 28, 2020 No. 557 " On the regional budget of the Karabalyk region for 2021-2023

In accordance with Articles 104, 106 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, the Karabalyk regional maslikhat DECIDED: 

1. To include in the decision of the maslikhat "On the regional budget of the Karabalyk region for 20 21 -202 3 years" dated December 28 , 20 20  , No. 55 7 (published on December 31 , 202 0 in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan , registered in the Register state registration of normative legal acts under the number 9688 ) the following changes and additions I :

“ 1. To approve the regional budget of the Karabalyk region for 2021-2023 in accordance with Appendices 1, 2 and 3, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:

1) income - 4 3 49 898 , 0 thousand tenge, including by : 

tax revenues - 1 333 926.0 thousand tenge; 

non-tax receipts - 14 389.0 thousand tenge;

proceeds from the sale of fixed capital - 9 321.0 thousand tenge;

receipts of transfers - 2 992 262 , 0 thousand tenge; 

2) costs - 4 507 705 , 0 thousand tenge; 

3) net budget lending - 91 205.0 thousand tenge, including:

budget loans - 135 640.0 thousand tenge;

repayment of budget loans - 44 435.0 thousand tenge;

4) balance on operations with financial assets - 80 00 0.0 thousand tenge, including: purchase of financial assets - 80 00 0.0 thousand tenge;

5) budget deficit (surplus) - - 329012 , 0 thousand tenge;

6) financing the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget         329,012.0 thousand tenge . ";

add clause 4-1 as follows:

"4-1. Take into account that the district budget for 2021 provides for the return of targeted transfers from the district budget in the amount of 437.9 thousand tenge:

including the return of transfers allocated from the republican budget in the amount of 433.9 thousand tenge, from the regional budget in the amount of 4.0 thousand tenge . ";

Clause 7 of the said decision shall be reworded:

“ 7. Take into account that the district budget for 2021 provides for the receipt of funds from the regional budget, including:

1) a targeted transfer for the development of a water supply and sanitation system in rural settlements;

2) targeted transfer for the development of the heat and power system;

3) development of objects of state bodies ;

4) development and (or) arrangement of engineering and communication infrastructure ;

5) an increase in the authorized capital of the communal state enterprise " Zhylu " of the Akimat of the Karabalyk region . " ;

add clause 8-1 as follows:

"8-1 . Take into account that the regional budget for 2021 provides for the receipt of funds from the regional budget to finance priority transport infrastructure projects . " ;

Appendix 1 to the said decision shall be amended in accordance with the annex to this decision.

2 . This decision is effective from January 1, 2021.
