Since 2021, a universal declaration system has been gradually introduced in Kazakhstan, which began with civil servants, persons equated to them, as well as their spouses.
For the purpose of interest in the submission of declarations, there are 2 deadlines for the submission of the declaration:
- until July 15 for those who submit a declaration on paper;
- until September 15 for those who submit the declaration in electronic form.
When entering the declaration system, an initial (input) declaration of assets and liabilities of an individual of form 250.00 is submitted.
Subsequently, after the submission of form 250.00, a declaration of income and property of form 270.00 will be submitted annually.
To fill out declarations in electronic form, you can use the Taxpayer Cabinet service (kgd.gov.kz) and the e-Salyq Azamat mobile application.
