Each of us may find ourselves in an unforeseen situation, who will help a person who is in danger. First of all, he himself! To understand this is to take the first, most important step in learning the basics of security.
The analysis of the work carried out shows that the causes of accidents are numerous violations of elementary safety requirements, regulatory legal acts, as well as curiosity and ignorance of elementary behavior near power facilities of both the victims themselves and officials ensuring safety. Employees' compliance with safe methods and methods of work, as well as parents' supervision of children, is not always monitored.
Of particular danger are household electrical appliances, dangerous wires along the road, transformer substations in the courtyards of residential areas where playgrounds are located nearby. Recently, there have been accidents with children, when they, due to ignorance of elementary safety rules, received electric shocks, up to fatal consequences.
According to the requirements of regulatory legal acts in the field of electric power, for example, the doors of transformer substations should be locked, a warning poster should be posted on the door.
In this connection, the State Institution "Territorial Department of the Committee for Atomic and Energy Supervision and Control of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Kostanay region", in order to prevent and prevent accidents, asks citizens to pay attention to safety signs near substations and overhead lines, not to allow penetration over fences and barriers of electrical installations, not to approach energized, It also asks parents to conduct explanatory work with children on the topics of compliance with safety regulations.
We, adults, should be the main helpers in learning the basics of safety for our child. We are obliged to teach children to anticipate dangerous situations and avoid them, and in extreme cases to be as ready as possible for them. And most importantly, it is necessary to remember that it is important not only to know the safety rules, but also to observe them.
