In accordance with the instructions of the Head of State on the activation of self–regulation tools, public control during the moratorium period, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is conducting a pilot project "Civil control - demand a check".
The main goal of the pilot project is to increase civic engagement, stimulate fair competition among entrepreneurs, foster a legal culture of citizens in protecting their interests as consumers of goods, works and services, as well as reduce the size of the shadow economy.
Within its framework, citizens can report violations related to the non-issuance of a fiscal check and the refusal to accept a bank card.
Anyone can take part in this pilot project "Civil control - Demand a check". All sent appeals will be considered by the state revenue authorities.
The facts of failure to provide a fiscal check and refusal to accept a bank card can be reported in the App Store and Play market by downloading the free Wipon mobile application and, in case of confirmation of the violation, receive a reward to the phone balance (1000 tenge).
