One of the main tasks in the work of territorial divisions is the continuous improvement of the quality of public services provided to the population.
According to the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2015 No. 7-1/453, there are Rules for issuing veterinary documents and requirements for their forms, which regulate the procedure for obtaining public services.
One of the main principles of the veterinary legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is to ensure veterinary and sanitary safety, protection of the territory from the introduction and spread of infectious diseases.
For this purpose, territorial divisions carry out state veterinary and sanitary control during the export, import of controlled products, as well as objects of state veterinary and sanitary control and supervision engaged in the cultivation, harvesting (slaughter) of farm animals, processing, production, storage and sale of controlled goods.
Kostanay GTI according to the register of public services provides 2 types of public services:
- "Issuance of a veterinary certificate for transported (transported) objects during export"
- "Issuance of a veterinary and sanitary conclusion on objects of state veterinary and sanitary control and supervision"
In 2021, as of November 25, 2,593 veterinary certificates for export and 35 veterinary and sanitary certificates for objects were issued.
